The idea of doing a festival in South Africa was born by passing at one of the most beautiful Lighthouses years ago, just close by the city of Cape Town. From there, it was not too difficult to connect the dots to energise and combine the international LIGHTHOUSE vibe with the local scene in a different way. After hosting it five times it has become an integral part of the local festival calendar in Cape Town, and we are shaping the project according to our „musical & cultural exchange" philosophy. The main event will take place 2nd March being closed with an after show at Modular club. Alongside our activities in South Africa we run a helping initiative to support a township gardening school, find more infos at our website.
